VEGETARIAN DOGS! YAY!!! After a spa morning in Santa Fe, we were advised to go to a Mediterranean restaurant for lunch...while driving toward it we spotted Wow Dawgs and ran in to see if they had vegetarian dogs and THEY DID...OMG slathered in mustard, relish, onions, these were such a huge delight...and good bottled root beer rounded out this gourmet lunch. Nice people! Note to self: Santa Fe loves hot dogs.

Wow, where do I start? Seriously overpriced and was seriously ill after last time. Gave them two chances and was disappointed twice. The food is terrible and they have no clue what to do with a hot dog although I have a few ideas. Never again.

A little pricey for what you get. The dogs were pretty good but not great. I probably will go back, however not that often. Convenient location being next to frequented box stores.

I've been eating here a couple times a month for the last 8 or 9 months. During that time they've apparently been sold to new owners. Since that time the experience has been steadily declining. Today I had a brat that was so dried out on one side that it actually crunched when you bit it. I'm not normally the complaining type but when the owner/manager asked how it was, I told her. She offered me a bag of chips to make up for it. For a $6 hotdog I expect better.

Regular hot dog was pretty good but it was over $7 for the meal. Good food but overpriced in my opinion.

Pretty good stuff at first glance, I've only eaten here once so far and I like almost everything about this place, it smells good, the food tastes great and it's CRAZY clean, in the dining area and from what I could see way in the cooking areas. I even liked the bright orange seats! When I was there, I had their signature hot dog, the WOW dog and it was very tasty and plentiful. The owner greeted me upon entry and told me about their menu, really a friendly guy. Apparently they sell enough food to make for some quality beef dogs and keep their prices low. The whole WOW dog cost about six bucks and provided a massive amount of food and flavor for the price. Compared to the other hot dog place in town "Chicago dog" I'd say that this place is just as good, if not better. However much like the difference betwixt Chicago and New York style Pizza. It truly comes down to how you like your hot dogs, and in Santa Fe there are really two choices. Chicago style (Chicago Dog) or New Mexican style (WOW Dawg) Chicago Dog uses more veggies and WOW Dawg uses a lot more meat and sauce. Personally I'm always looking for something new, but for now four stars is what they get until I can sample there menu some more.

YUM. As far as hotdogs go, this is as good as it gets. Hubby and I ate here when it first opened and it was pretty delicious. We went back yesterday. I'll add Hubby is hard to please. We discovered they now have fried twinkies, oreos and cheesecake! We ordered our dogs and I had the chili dog, which was spicy but yummy. Hubby had to polish dog which was tasty! We then ordered the fried oreos and were in heaven! You get four of them for two bucks and a half! They were the best thing ever and a great price, not those crazy state fair prices. The staff seemed happy, like they like their job, which is rare these days. Just love it, even the decor. I suggest this place all the time.

Worst most expensive Polish I have ever had. I'm not sure what the business plan is for this place (though I suspect it's not hot dog sales) but the quality of the meat was so totally sub-par and cost the same as a place in Chicago serving high end dogs. What a waste of mall frontage. Ugh.

Overpriced and underwhelming. Had a Chicago dog and small soda- over $6? Really? Pepperocini not sport peppers; a wonderbread bun that was soggy from the get go and waiting ten minutes for my order with one small order ahead of mine and three in the kitchen. I am sticking with Chicago Dawgs, much better all around.

Wow! Great food at a great price. We stopped in for the Wednesday special and were really surprised and impressed. We had chili cheese & carne adovoda dawgs and fries. The chili and carne adovada were home made and delicious! Great deals too! Top of your meal with a turtle funnel cake! Staff is helpful and super friendly. Don't wait another day! Get into Wow Dawgs!

First off, they have free WiFi, but need to make it work with more wireless devices like my iPod Touch, which SAID that it was receiving their wireless, but I still kept getting kicked off. Call your technician please, or ask Keva Juice up the street how their's is set up please. The decor is crazy. Bright orange and white. I felt like I was at the concession stand at a rodeo. The service was very friendly and they had some great looking desserts on the menu, but I'm trying to maintain my veldt figure, so I had to forgo the dessert options. They do offer free cucumber water (which was different, in a good way). My partner in crime ordered their signature #1 hot dog which actually had two hot dogs and some chili that smelled good, but he didn't like the signature bun they had on it. I ordered the polish dog with the peppers, which ended up being very overcooked, but it was edible. The chili cheese fries are with red chile, which I think is a mistake. I didn't see if there were other chile options for that, or I would have preferred a green chile and cheese mix. The cheese, by the way was your typical movie style nacho cheese, which is a bit of a no no for me. I dunno, I kind of liked my hot dog, but it was also swimming in the stone ground mustard mix, which overwhelmed the other tastes. And I know that people keep comparing this to Chicago Dog, which I really like two, but I think that if a tier system for hot dogs in this town existed, Chicago dog would get a 4, Sam's Club's hot dogs would get a three, and WOW Dawgs would get a two... I might come back when they fix their Wifi...

Excellent Dawgs already tried 4 different ones but my favorite is the Texas so far. Will try 2 more on my next visit. Staff is really friendly, nice relaxing lunch. Thanks.

Loved it! 3 types of buns: sesame, wheat & PRETZEL. The WOW dawg comes on a little larger French roll-type bun. I was impressed with their menu They have 2 kinds of salads: spinach & Greek. They also have regular sandwiches, including a reuben & a Philly. There is even a veggie dawg on the menu. The specials were frito pie and a turkey dawg. I looked for a website online and couldn't find one but, they have a facebook page & there is a photo of their menu there. 3 hot dawgs (I got the sauerkraut dawg on a pretzel roll and it was good), onion rings, parmesan garlic fries & 2 large drinks, with tip, was $25 and really filling. Onion rings were good but you don't get many so you may want 2 orders-especially if you are sharing. Parmesan garlic fries were ok. Good fries, but I did not taste garlic & the parmesan was dry and the grated powder kind (& lots of it). Double onion rings next time or plain fries. We went back for strawberry & peanut butter cup shakes. I enjoyed the strawberry, my honey had the pb cup which I tried-not a lot of chocolate (it was only one sip), but it did have a rich peanut butter flavor and it was very thick, I preferred the strawberry.
